Thirty days, no questions

If you have paid us and you want your money back within thirty days of the purchase, write to hello@accessaudit.dev from the address you bought with, say you would like a refund, and you will get one. You do not have to explain, fill in a form, or justify it. The merchant of record returns it to the card you paid with.

Why we make it that easy

Because there is nothing to lose and something to learn. If you want your money back, something about the product did not fit, and we would much rather hear about it than keep money we did not earn. We will ask what went wrong, and you are free to ignore the question.

Try it before paying

Three client sites work without a licence key, with no time limit and nothing removed: the same scheduled checks, the same reports, the same alerts. That is the honest way to decide whether this is worth $299 a year, and it means a refund should never be the first thing you find out about us.

After thirty days

A licence runs for a year and keeps working afterwards. If you stop using it, just stop: we do not chase renewals, there is no auto-renewal, and no data of yours is anywhere except your own server, so there is nothing for you to cancel or take away. If you have renewed and something has gone badly wrong, write to us anyway and we will sort it out.

If a finding is wrong

Every finding quotes the exact markup responsible, so it takes seconds to check. Send us the page and the line and we will fix the rule that produced it, or explain why the finding is right. A wrong finding is worse than a missing one, because it wastes your time and teaches you to distrust the rest, so it is the kind of defect we treat as urgent.
