Embedded frame without a title
Frames are announced by their title; without one the visitor hears "frame" and cannot tell what is embedded.
The markup we quote
<iframe src="https://example.com/video"></iframe>
Every finding quotes the exact markup responsible, so you can confirm it by viewing the page source — you never have to take our word for it.
How to fix it
- Add a
titlethat says what the frame contains, for exampletitle="Video: how to reset your password". - Embed blocks usually have a title or description field; if yours does not, the embed's advanced settings often allow a title attribute.
When we might be wrong
We accept aria-label or a resolving aria-labelledby as naming the frame, and we ignore frames hidden from assistive technology on purpose.

If the finding is wrong, tell us with the page and the line. A wrong finding costs more trust than a missing one, and it is the defect we treat as urgent.
