Obsolete scrolling element
marquee and blink cannot be paused, and moving content must be controllable.
The markup we quote
<marquee>News</marquee>Every finding quotes the exact markup responsible, so you can confirm it by viewing the page source — you never have to take our word for it.
How to fix it
- Remove it. If the movement matters, use a CSS animation that respects

<marquee>has been obsolete for years.
When we might be wrong
