The markup we quote
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, user-scalable=no">
Every finding quotes the exact markup responsible, so you can confirm it by viewing the page source — you never have to take our word for it.
How to fix it
- Remove
user-scalable=noandmaximum-scalefrom the viewport tag, which in WordPress is usually added by a theme option or a plugin. - Blocking zoom stops people with low vision from enlarging text on a phone, and it is one of the most common accessibility failures in the wild.
When we might be wrong
We read the meta tag as written. If a plugin adds it, the finding will disappear when the plugin is configured or removed.
